Note from Narinder:
I don’t have a degree in business… I have a deep connection with the great primordial mother.
My death midwifery path demanded that I get organized and find a way to find sustainability in my work. Through that demand, I had to release my severe hesitation about creating a business out of my work.
In that release, the great mother showed me how to rewrite ‘business speak’ in a way I could understand. She brought spiritual and queer business coaches into my life who helped me find my way.
Ultimately this path and new narrative about business have led me to help many death carers find their way to their own death work businesses.
For over 5 years I have helped other death carers take the first steps toward crafting their own death caring businesses. I have worked intimately with death carers, coaching and supporting them as they hone their craft and get their death work organized.
We are still at the beginning of designing this work as a paid path. It is my hope that as more death carers step into their power as business owners, this work will create even greater change and pick up momentum.
I don’t promise you a return on your investment in 3 months, and I don’t promise you six figures. As an anti-capitalist, minimalist, and activist, I am keenly focused on creating new paradigm work that takes root but does not take more than it needs.
I am interested in a collective of death carers raising the value of caregiving in our world.
When we invest in our work, we invest in the future of death carers and we invest in getting our needs met so that we can meet others’ needs. We are givers. Nothing will ever take that away.
